Their scent and flavor taste just like the berries from France. We mixed up a garden blend of raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, rose petals and mint for an infusion of "rouge du jardin". The mix is so amazing we infused it into our jam and added a a bit of homegrown rhubarb. We could eat this early summer mix by the spoonful on ice cream,
