This is a Pattu Silk Chanderi: woven entirely in pure mulberry silk with no cotton blend, the most luxurious of the four traditional Chanderi weaves, closest in feel to a Kanjeevaram but a fraction of the weight. Handwoven by the weavers' collective in Ashok Nagar, Chanderi, Madhya
