Vanilla pudding and maple syrup open up the nose, followed by oak, char, and brandied cherries. Vanilla also takes center stage on the palate, along with sweet grape juice, cedarwood, nutmeg, and cloves. A medium length, sweet finish again showcases vanilla, along with oak and spice.
