A difficult poster to find

London and Harlow began printing film posters around 1954 working largely with Rank and Universal

Farewell my Lovely greyhound Lana Turner is pictured withThis hard to find British quad film poster is a wonderful tribute to 1940's 'Film Noir' and a great homage to the novelist Raymond Chandler. Robert Mitchum is pictured as Private Eye Philip Marlow together with Charlotte Rampling as the captivating Velma. The design of this film poster very cleverly combines full colour signage intertwined with the characters whilst adding depth and context to "Farewell my Lovely". A great first release film poster
