This is an Argentinian CinemaScope poster from first release in 1959 and has some archival tape repair applied sympathetically to small border crease tears at the right-centre

2 1/2 inch archivally repaired tear to the left middle border

Known as "The Legs Campaign" for obvious reasons with design by Bill Gold

The ape pictured does not look half the beast that Clyde was in our opinion but has clearly learned some of the gestures!
