Great, fine detail, predominantly watercolor with blue strips of paper overlaid in places. The piece is 31. 5" H x 22. 75" W. It is 42. 75" H x 32. 75" W framed and matted. The piece is in excellent condition. The frame and glass are in good condition, with some nicks to the frame.
