Resurrection Spirits Pale Rye Whisky sonoma Shelter Point Double Barreled WhiskyOur Pale Rye is distilled from 100% BC rye grain and has been short aged in small medium charred American oak casks. The spirit is twice distilled through our whisky helmet creating a bold white whisky which is then rested in 20L casks for four months and blended. Not a whisky (as whisky is defined in Canada as spirit aged in full sized casks for at least three years) but it possesses the characteristics and flavours associated with Canadian whisky.
