The diffuser is entirely handmade with finest clear Murano cristallo glass, using a special baloton mould to create the lovely raised criss cross pattern on the glass. This is a very typical Venetian glass making technique which dates back as far as the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, and is still very popular today. This lovely lamp can
