Description

Tony has built a solid reputation as a winemaker and works with various vineyards to source grapes and then craft our wines

he took a burgundian approach to his winemaking

The wine is fermented with native yeasts at cold temperatures to retain freshness

It is a dramatically steep 2-hectare north-facing vineyard of 70 year old

Eric Texier Cotes du Rhône Roussanne Brezeme 2021 750 mL 2023 Tony has built a solidRoussanne, from the micro appellation of Brzme: bordering the southern Rhne, this tiny little area of decomposed limestone produces some wildly unique wines like nowhere else. Direct press, fermented and aged in concrete on the lees.
