She competed in fitness and had to include strength moves in her routine, so you see her demonstrate handstand walking, handstand pushups and cartwheels during her beach posing. Afterwards, she enters a game room and uses pinball machines and a pool table as backdrops for more posing. DVD runs 1 hour.
