Talk about a plush sake
There is a bit of back-door acidity
this Ginjo is even-keeled and the proof is in the easy and refreshing nature of each sip
and juicy pineapple
Hakutsuru White Crane Junmai Ginjo "Superior" Size:720ml Talk about a plush sakeThis Ginjo has a nose of soft ripe strawberries and grass. It has a very mild and dry start that develops into a more fruity finish. A perfect beginners example of a light and smooth type sake with a suppressed sweetness. Old school sake drinkers appreciate the rolling acidity play that rounds off this light Ginjo. As the "White Crane" warms in your mouth, one can find hints of ripe fruit and a balanced dryness that goes well with food pairings. WORD:
