this would be great served slightly chilled with summer barbecues

The Adriano family have been farming land in the Piedmont region of North-West Italy since the early 1900’s

attractive not over extracted mid-red colour

Pheasant`s Tears Saperavi 2021 Bobal Summer berriesSaperavi is native to Georgia and here is vinified in traditional style, thrown into big clay amphorae which sit in the ground. This is a big, tannic red with lots of dark blackberry, earthy hints and flavours of toasted nut. Great with kebabs.
