Antique French Ribbonwork - Red/Blue Floral Applique with Beads edging the sugar pip stamens wouldFrom an old coverlet I found and needing only a few modern touches to bring it back to like, may I offer this 1930s Art Deco French Ribbonwork applique. Composed of 2 maroon coiled roses, the accent florals appear to be blue ombre and red ombre cotton. The center of each is filled with cream colored seed beads. A wired edge green leaf completes the creation. Size is 1 3 4" x 1 1 2". Entirely hand sewn with a crinoline backing. To attach to your
