It contains two Cape Sugarbirds and four species of Moraea, Iris family, native to the Cape Floral province as well as the striking pink Gladiolus Varius also endemic to South Africa. In Greek mythology Iris was a goddess that carried messages from heaven to earth of way of a rainbow
