Two Isle of Raasay spirits peated and unpeated combine with three distinct cask types Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine casks. Elegant, lightly peated overall. American oak develops a nutty sweet spice in the spirit, while the previous bourbon contents develop caramel and toffee. The french red wine casks add their savoury spice and dark fruit.
