Corte Vetusto Ensamble II Mezcal (700ml / 43.5%) Blanco it's not to be missedThe second release of Corte Vertusto's Ensamble blend, a small batch mezcal made with equal parts of three different types of agave: espadin (agave angustifolia), tobala (agave potatorum) and madre cuishe (agave karwinskii). The agave is roasted in a conical pit fired with mesquite wood before crushing with a stone tahona wheel, wild fermentation and then a unique double distillation first in a copper pot and then a clay pot still.
