Lafite of the Languedoc'

'Cordon Cut' refers to a complex

vibrant Dolcetto from one of the region's finest producers

Getariako Txakolina 'K Pilota' 2022, Bodega K5 Gift Card and makes fineMade from a grape that sounds like a motorbike Hondarrabi Zuri grown at 300m above the Bay of Biscay. No ordinary Txakoli, this is aged for 6 months on lees before bottling. Super focused acidity, lemon rind & green herbs, and that lees ageing gives it some proper texture & body.
