Vibrant design is stabilized by a wide border pattern running down the overlapping neckline and around the wide nipped in waistband. Full flow hemline and crisp swishy fabric. No maker label, but there is a care tag. Circa 1960s. Size M (see measurements) Feels like Rayon or Nylon, lightweight & crisp, barkcloth
