Hawaiian inspired. Open "Fish Net" shoulders and hand stitched embroidered long stem flowers. NOS never been worn with stock inventory tag. Has original stretch belt, looks great with or with out it. A great summer dress, or wear it as a swim suit cover up. Era ~ Late 70s to very early 1980s Designer ~ Dakine Condition ~ Excellent, a couple of tiny dots near the hem. Not seen
