Beginning with four wood blocks intricately hand carved to create two traditional floral designs, skilled artisans then use the blocks to slowly and carefully hand print delicate blue hues upon the softest cotton voile. Tiers of printed fabric have then been gracefully layered and finished with mother of pearl buttons from bodice to base, forming this free flowing feminine
