Vintage flower brooch / Porcelain hand painted brooch / 30s 40s C Clasp / Russian Rostov Finift hand painted floral brooch pure_cashmere very Mod Psychedelic Pucci printThis lovely vintage hand painted floral brooch is known as a Russian Rostov Finift enamel painted over porcelain style.
