All indigo plant dyed garments will treat with final washing process to avoid extra color rub off. This is unisex, if you are wearing women size, you can use the size us same as your usual size. if you are wearing men's size, you can take one or two size up from my size option. eg, usual men size L, is XL or XXL here,
