Iron to finish if needed
Created using an original 1846 print from New York entitled “A Map of the Open Country of a Woman’s Heart”
About the Print:
The charming bumblebee on the sleeve comes from a museum seed catalogue from the late 1800’s
Fleur de Soleil Pixie Duster (Cropped-length) velvet-society-duster Iron to finish if neededRevel in the warmth of Fleur de Soleil, our ode to the golden hours when the sun lingers and the world slows to a dreamy hush. This print was born from an archive of antique beauty: 1891 watercolour and graphite studies of magnolia blossoms originally drawn for Tiffany & Co., Victorian lithographs of ripe peaches glowing like tiny suns, and a whimsical 1830 sketch of an imagined fountain and garden pavilion where one might spend an endless afternoon.
