2019 Barbera d'Asti Fiulot Prunotto smoke and cocoa on theDie geernteten Trauben wurden in den Keller gebracht, von ihrem Stiel befreit und gequetscht. Die Mazeration erfolgt ber einen Zeitraum von 8 Tagen bei einer Hchsttemperatur von 28 C. Sowohl die alkoholische als auch die malolaktische Grung sind vor dem Winter abgeschlossen. Fiulot reifte mehrere Monate lang in Edelstahltanks, bevor er im Frhjahr in Flaschen abgefllt wurde. "Fiulot" stammt aus dem piemontesischen Dialekt und bedeutet "junger Mann".
