Produced in astonishing quantities from the mid 1980s to the early 1990s, and almost completely unrelated to mass media, the package art featured in this anthology is drawn from a collection that was launched 40 years ago, thanks to the Phantom Masterpiece Liberation League. Its three members special manga artist Kei Nemoto, music critic Manabu Yuasa, and
