The center is decorated with an oval cut blue topaz, which protrudes slightly from the base thanks to four small yellow gold claws. The setting behind it is particularly intertwined and animated, with elements in white gold worked to simulate the presence of diamonds; the rest is instead in yellow gold. All 18K.
