The hand cut sugar cane is distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. After being held in oak barrels, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth. Tasting Notes Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
